A story by Shanny-chan, this story takes place in a futuristic world with dystopian themes and people who have adapted unusual superhuman traits. In a world ruled by the Virtual Vortex those who did not fit in were wiped outs. Threats to their precious reputation were not left standing. If you were stronger, smarter or overall more powerful then they deemed normal you would soon meet your end. VV started the abnormal growth of powers and they were trying to stop it in the least humane way, by wiping the race of Crystalers off the face of the earth. How will the ones left standing survive in a world full of backstabbers and people who were taught that your very being is a threat to the world?

Copper-9 is what you would call a wasteland. After an incident that destroyed the planets Core, humans moved into space. The only inhabits are nuclear radiation, frozen corpses of humans, and the drones. Worker Drones was weak, cowardly, best replacement for humans. Disassembly Drones, though, are a little different. They kill Worker Drones for their oil, and are sent by the humans to collect oil. The two drones, according to each other, cannot coexist together due to one of them needing to kill the other. Zero was one of those drones that was born from the Union of a Worker Drone, Yuri, and a Disassembly Drone named X. Over the course of his life, he is outcasted, but luckily he had a friend there through it all. However, when Uzi wants to sneak out one night to find a part of a Railgun, not only does his past get further revealed, but grows attached to a group of girls he thought he would never be with. P.S. I don't own anything except from Zero, which is my OC. Everything else, including music, creatures, and artwork, belongs to their respective owners.

Governments across the globe found that humanity wasn't what it was before and had become dark and terrible to live in, so to fix that they made a small utopia pulling in families, scientists, and important government officials to create the perfect pair of humans. Those two humans would be trained to kill what humanity has become and start it all over, so the world would be a better place. But once they make the female, they find that she is not like her partner. She has a different goal in mind than restarting humanity. This is my first book, so it may have a few mess ups but I hope you enjoy, I have worked hard to at least get this out. Ultimately, when the Advisors come to destroy the island, she must face the fact that she is the key to the island's salvation, and embracing her rapidly developing abilities is the only way to do so.
