Atlas Walters, fresh home from visiting his grandparents in Colorado, is finally back for the summer. In the small but social town of Bluetown, North Carolina, summer meant parties. 

At a special 4th of July party on the beach and a rather interesting run in with the infamous Reed Gallant, Atlas's plan to have a relaxed summer flies out the window. 

Atlas has a secret. Reed makes a promise. Both couldn't have predicted what would happen during a summer of lies and puppy love.
