Natsuo Todoroki. Third son of Enji and Rei Todoroki. He was the closest to Touya Todoroki who died to suicide by his quirk. Touya was the eldest brother who protected his two brothers, sister, and mother. He did everything to protect them but one day he just snapped one day and couldn't take it anymore. Natsuo was devastated that Touya killed himself and blamed it all on his father.

Hawks No. 2 hero. Real name Keigo Takami. Family unknown. Keigo was also very close to Touya Todoroki. They went to training school together and stuck together like glue. Keigo was so attach so when he heard that Touya kill himself a piece of him broke. He was so sad that he could just give up trying to become at hero. But he continue but not as the same happy person.

Dabi. Blueflame villian. Family unknown. He is the most mysterious villain next to Shagaraki. Not much is known of him but Natsuo is very courous of him. Hawks "works" with him within the league of villains. 

Natsou is determined to figure out who Dabi is sense he as the same quirk as his brother who died
Hawks knowns that Dabi looks very fumillar to Touya.
