Who is she? Mind you Miku doesn't even know herself. Even if you ask her for the truth, she wouldn't know. She had fallen victim to a villain attack - becoming an orphan at a young age. She doesn't remember her last name. She only knew of her first. 

But the only two clues were her quirk. 

She was a perfect hybrid of her parents' quirks. She was powerful yet felt powerless to other people. 

One of her imperfect quirks was Time Freeze.

While the other: Erasure.

Say, if she slowed down a second to become a minute, later in the day time will speed up and a minute becomes a second. Y/N cannot yet control when this happens, and she can't speed or slow too much of time a day (unless her quirk is out control).
