Alex Rousseau has spent her whole life on this damn island. Stuck, isolated, and never allowed to leave. The people she lives with are nice enough, but they have secrets. In Alex's opinion, there are too many. 
Suddenly, a plane crashes on the island. The survivors are a strange and possibly deadly group of people, and seem to have no problem with killing to survive. Alex is warned to stay away for her own good.
But Alex has never been one to turn down an adventure.
