This is what I am... We often come across people who judge us by the way we look and this is the first step which leads us to being insecure about ourselves. We doubt on our own ability, but we forget that there are some people who are afraid of our potential. We try to copy others, leaving behind the real 'me' , but we forget that there are some people who admire us and try to copy us. I have been through a very hard time in my life, being insecure about how I look, trying to copy those social media influencers, trying to look 'perfect' and hiding behind a cover of fake beauty. But at last, I was left with lots and lots of disappointments. And I know what being insecure is, and therefore here I'm describing my feelings through a poem. I beleive that everyone is Beautiful, regardless of there outer physical appearance. HAVE A READ Note: Ik the title of this poem is same as that of the song 'imperfectly perfect' by Sophie Michelle. But this poem is totally my creation. I have created this, written this and edited this. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES COPY THIS! And if you find someone copying this or posting this, please do let me know! Thanks

When the rest of the band stepped away slightly Dalton put his arm around my waist and I thought my knees were going to buckle. I knew what I was going to do, and I needed all the courage I could muster up. As my brother's thumb goes down to take the photo I suddenly turn my head, close my eyes, and kiss Dalton right on the cheek. Dalton is known as a "rockstar" playing shows every night in the biggest cities. Juliet is a wallflower ballerina in a small town. What happened when their world collide? And what will happen when someone from Daltons life tries to take what's rightfully his? An even bigger twist, you get to decide the ending. This was originally FacFiction that I changed into a sort of kind of legitimate story. I started it in high school and my 24 year old self is trying desperately to fix it because I've written two sequels to it as an adult. I'll also be publishing them once this one is fully published. If you don't like the story, I get it, I don't really either 😅. Trigger warnings: ⚠️ Eating disorders (I've experienced) ⚠️ Bipolar disorder (I did my best on the research) ⚠️ Child abuse (I've witnessed) ⚠️ Low self esteem (I've experienced) ⚠️A bit of self harm from another character (I've experienced) ⚠️Miscarriages (I've witnessed) If there are any that I've missed feel free to let me know!
