(I suck at writing but I was bored and wanted to 'try' and write a fanfic and since there aren't many alec x reader stories I decided to make one. Im already so so sorry about writing this)

Summary: DI Y/N L/N moves back to Broadchurch after 4 years of working as a private investigator in London to get past her severe anxiety. Reuniting with Ellie Miller and meeting DI Alec Hardy. She chose to get on with the life she had been handed and met a certain grumpy Alec Hardy at her newly opened shop in a town called Broadchurch and after a case of mistaken identity changed both their lives for the better. This was the first story I ever wrote, back in 2014 so a lot of things have since come to light since. The story goes between the characters points of view so some parts may be repeated. Under no circumstances should she find out about Alex and what he's up to. Disclaimer: I write this fanfic because I am slowly loosing my grip on reality and Alex Rider is the only thing that keeps me sane. English is not my native language and I've probably made some mistakes but I don't care. This fic is purely for my entertainment but if you also like this story then keep on reading! In addition, I am not american and don't know much about the healthcare system so I figured I'd adapt the one from my country. It's just practical for me and as I said, I'm literally descending into madness so pardon the inaccuracy. Be warned, not a single fuck was given during the writing of these chapters.
