Cassidy Perez is one of the biggest street racers in Los Angeles, California. She has been racing sense the age of 10; she is now 18 years old. Cassidy has beaten the best of the best street racers and she still rains undefeated by anyone. She has only lost one race and that was when she was put against her older brother Jacob. Cassidy is also in Jacob's gang, witch was very hard to get into because of how dangerous it is, called The Scorpions.

Anthony Lewis is arguably the third best street racer in L.A. He has been racing sense the age of 11; he is now 17 years old. Anthony's dad always tells him that Anthony should have been a street fighter instead of a street racer because he most of the time wants to fight the person who beats him. He is always trying to out do his twin brother Chresanto, in how many wins one another gets and so far Chresanto in winning.Chres is in Anthony's gang called The Pythons.

Cassidy and Anthony have raced against each other twice when they were 14 and both times, Cassidy ended up winning. Anthony had always vowed that he would beat Cassidy and humiliate her worst than she did him when she won. They are mortal enemies and if one of them sees the other some where, it will be nothing but fighting and violence. All of Cassidy's rage and hate for Anthony got even worse when he killed her oldest brother Bryce. That night that Bryce died, he told her to get revenge on Anthony and Cassidy had promised him that she would, if it was the last thing that she'd ever do.
