Andrew St James' family owns a beach house in Coast Blue and he goes there with his family a few months early to help prepare the house for the summer. He gets extremely bored and notices that him and Millie are the only ones there in their ages. So when they doesn't have anyone else to spend time with, they spend it with each other.
