Colors. What do they mean? A sweet somber red, a dark mystical blue. What do we use them for? To bring light to the darkest of places? When standing alone, colors can be beautiful. When two are combined, it can create something wonderful. But mix one too many in a pot, and you'll end up with a brown. Not even a nice, full of life brown. You'd end up with a dark icky color that you just can't get rid of.
That's what life felt like for Samuel. He was constantly mixing colors together, trying to make something beautiful. But always ended up with the same icky brown color. And he tried. Tried harder than anyone else possibly could have. Maybe he tried too hard..
All he ever wanted was to be accepted. To be loved. To be cared for. Why couldn't he have that? Maybe the world is just a cruel dark place. Maybe the world is that icky brown color. Maybe things are just too cold to be beautiful. But it's not his fault really. He just.. wanted love

34 parts Complete
Five men from different parts of the world tried committing suicide at the exact same time after going through certain hardships and ugly circumstances in their various lives. They were fed up with life and felt that there was no point to continue living. So, suicide was their only option to escape reality. As each of them was about to commit their own form of suicide, a mystical being suddenly appeared individually to them. These beings or entities were also five in number, just like the men. The mystical beings, all wearing long hoodie-type cloths that slightly covered their feet and of many different colors matching their skin tones, proposed a solution to each of the men, telling them that there is a way to change their fate for the better. Each of those men was very much terrified when they encountered these mystical beings, which looked like elves in appearance, but they accepted their offer, which they saw as a chance of changing their fate. The mystical beings did not actually tell them the way to change their fate but opened a rainbow multidimensional portal and all said the same thing, which is "FOLLOW ME IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR FATE," with a hand gesture signaling "follow me" towards the man they are individually with. These men did not hesitate but followed them through the portal with the mindset that they didn't have anything to lose by doing so, and they saw it as a chance of gaining salvation. In other words, a chance to be saved from their present predicament or situation and being improved or made new circumstantially. They don't know what awaits them on the other side they are entering, but as the story unfolds, it will all be revealed. _________________________________ INCLUDES: *Mystical elves *A mystical god *Romance *Multi-protagonist Start Date: 12/27/2023 End Date: 02/17/2024 Word Count: 62K Genres: Fantasy, Drama and Psychological © 2023 [First Edition]

"You know, my favorite color wasn't always red." Kirishima said to me while we sat outside on the fire escape. We were looking at the sunset. The sky was full of beautiful, bright reds and oranges. "What? Really? What was it? I asked out of curiosity, "It was actually silver at one point." "Silver? You don't seem like a silver kind of person." "Yeah. Silver. One day in middle school, I picked up something silver and tried to color with it. Every time I tried, it turned red. I eventually learned to love red more than anything in the world and wanted nothing more than to see it roll down my wrists." He said. It didn't take me long to realize what he was talking about.
