Shadows beneath the Street Lamp is a series of short stories peering into the dark areas of life. “Lullaby for a Lost Soul” is the first installment of many to come. In this story you will take a walk alongside a troubled young man through the streets of Norfolk, Virginia and get a glimpse of the crazy thoughts that float through his mind as he searches to put an end to his feelings of hopelessness. Out casted from society, he roams the streets alone trying desperately to escape a vague and demented family life. Will his soul find freedom from its shackles of despair? Only fate holds the answer.
