Elizabeth Palmer is an equestrian. Or so she thought. She has never been one of those girls that came from a fancy family, or a long line of equestrians. No. Ever since she was 16 she has been funding herself through her equestrian career. Still reeling from her diagnosis of Asthma that doesn't seem to be helping her career at all, Beth is invited to try out for the a spot on Stride Away Collegiate team at the Stride Away College for equestrians. 20 students are invited each year. 10 girls and 10 boys and they compete over the summer for a high enough score to become a student on the Stride Away Collegiate Team. The competition is fierce. The horses? Even fiercer.

Beth thought she knew what it means to ride but this...this might be the thing that changes her perspective on what exactly riding means to her. And just how far she's willing to go for the horses that completely changes her life. Hopefully for the better.

*Currently PAUSED for the time being* +*{REWORKED/REVAMPED VERSION}*+ Amber Mintz was born and raised in Houston Texas, USA. Not coming from a horsey family was hard for her growing up in the equestrian community. She developed a love for horses at the age of five, and that's when she met her: Dandelion. A stunning palomino-pinto Anglo Arabian. Amber had a talent for horses. She excelled at whatever she did and soon became a well-known rider in the community. At age 9, they bought Dandelion. She continued to blow everyone out of the water with her skill, riding especially well in eventing competitions. By age 14, she was competing nationally and was selected to partake in the Olympics when she turned 16. Overjoyed, she and her family pack for the memorable moment. Dandelion was also pumped, and they set out for their destination. Back at home after the Olympics, Newspeople crowd around her small quiet lesson stable. What used to be a peaceful place to ride has now become a picture-perfect danger to horse and rider. A horrible accident sends Amber's reputation as a rider and her social life plummeting. Stress and pressure claws at Amber, and she feels overwhelmed, like a spout with too much water. Then, an opportunity: A quiet island off the coast of England. They quickly find a place to stay and a stable to ride at, but is this island as peaceful as it seems? Will Amber's troubles follow her everywhere she goes? Will she ever have the confidence to compete again?

22 parts Complete

The Fagan family has always loved horses, and now they're making their lifelong dream a reality-starting a horse farm in Tennessee, specializing in race-bred Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds. The family consists of Mr. and Mrs. Fagan and their five children: fifteen-year-old Khloe, fourteen-year-old Noel, eight-year-old Nathan, and five-year-old twins Allie and Ariah. Khloe is heartbroken about leaving her home and friends in Kentucky, but the excitement of owning a horse farm-especially the chance to have a horse of her own-makes the move easier. She has dreamed of this moment for as long as she can remember. But there's one problem: her family's budget is tight, and they can only afford to buy mares for their breeding and training program. While accompanying her dad to a horse auction, Khloe stumbles upon a stunning dapple-gray Quarter Horse mare-her dream horse. But this mare isn't just wild-she's been abused, broken, and has lost all trust in humans. Now, Khloe faces two challenges: convincing her dad to buy the mare and, if she succeeds, proving to the frightened horse that they are meant to be. But with a horse this damaged, the journey won't be easy. Can Khloe earn the mare's trust, or will someone get hurt in the process?
