Autumn Leaves (Ed Sheeran)

Emma Grace is a fighter, at age ten she had fought off Leukemia, and since then has been fighting the concrete jungle. Although most of it had been due to her friends. One of them being the famous Ed Sheeran, her childhood neighboor. But, the two have grown apart since their childhood fun, and Emma was stuck admiring from afar until her friends invited him to what they called Emma's "Survivor Day". Now with resurfacing memories, bunches of new friends, including a certain boy band, and practically a perfect life, what will happen when she falls sick once more?
