mickey goes to wasteland inviting felix, and oswald informs them that there's been multiple sightings of a large cat figure all around wasteland, and toons have been going missing, including ortensia. the three of them decide to team up and try to find this so-called cartoon cat to figure out who he is, and why he's doing this.. but they end up in so much more
