Elemental Guardians

Ten elements, ten avatars who bestow their power upon a mortal being to wield their aspect of nature in defense against unnatural beings and powers. Two have vanished from existence, but their power's remain affecting the world. But now, four of these champions have turned their backs from their duties, and use their powers to destroy and cause havoc and mayhem, leaving four new, inexperienced champions to fight back and bring them back. Behind it all is a master manipulator, one who is constantly present but is never seen nor heard.
