"What do I have left? " I asked the grey stray cat in the abandoned alley, of the abandoned street.

The cat stared at me with her piercing green eyes

I kept my leg close to me body in attempt to keep myself warm

the cat ran away from the alley, very quiekly and disapeared in the darkness

See how quikley the cat disappeared? this is how people can dispear from your life. Life? do I even have life?

The Hybrid Alpha von Raven_Winterfell
38 Kapitel Abgeschlossene Geschichte Erwachseneninhalt
Running. Escaping. Surviving. My life has always been a chase. And now? The hunter has finally caught up. After years on the run, everything changed the moment I met him...the one they all feared. The Hybrid Alpha. I was done running. Exhausted from hiding from my past. So I stopped. I surrendered. But surrender came with a price... separation from my twin, Alpha Kane and a forced bond with a mate I never asked for. Taken to a strange pack, trapped by fate and boredom, my only distraction becomes the one male I swore I wouldn't fall for. Xavious. He's distant. Dangerous. A mystery wrapped in muscle and power. And yet... there's something about him that pulls me in, no matter how hard I resist. I know I'll run again. I have to. But part of me wonders... what if I stay? Question to the unknown: how long will they run in circles? How long will they ignore the attraction? Most importantly how long before they realise they've fallen in love? Will it be too late?... ~~~~ "Tell me you don't feel something...between us." "I d-don't." He replies instantly clenching his jaw. "Good to know Xavious." I turn to get up but he stops me as usual. "I don't know what it is..." "It's nothing. Nothing Xavious. You walk like a brick wall whose not affected by anything or anyone." Before I could heave a breath he somehow managed to pull me under him. I gasp at his fast movement amazed by his powers yet again. He trails his fingers down my shoulders to my curved hips as I place my palms on his hard yet smooth chest. Instantly his eyes close as if savouring the moment as does mine. "I could've taken you whenever I would've pleased but I didn't" He says in a husky voice. "Prove it." A steamy, supernatural game of cat-and-mouse between reluctant mates. A love that's hunted, resisted... and ultimately inevitable. WARNING: MATURE SCENES. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK. Now undergoing edits-thank you for your patience! Enjoy, lovelies ❤️

I sighed heavily as I scanned the forest. I had heard something or someone to be specific, wandering about. I decided I would leave once I affirmed they weren't a danger. "What are you doing in my land, human?" A deep enchanting voice spoke I sighed once again "I'm not human, just smell like one" I spoke as I turned around to see the most stunning man I have ever seen "Mate" he spoke "Find another female, Lycan" I spat He only growled at me in response. Men. My brother was the same way. It's kinda funny how all, correction, most shifter men think alike. I would've thought he would be different, after all, he is Lycan. Something of myths. But then again, so are the supernatural. I turned away from him, not even looking at him. I didn't want to remember what he looked like so I didn't give him a second glance. I heard him move closer. I quickly grabbed the knife out of my holster and threw it at a tree next to him. He stops moving then. "Heed my warning. It's the only one you'll get" I spoke coldly "I will find you. Then you will have no escape from me" he spoke as he backed away I could understand. Lycans, like lion-shifters, were going extinct. Therefore mates were even more important to them. But, even if I understood I still didn't want to be someone's mate. After all, I was Destiny Requalhi, Creator and Destructor of All. ------------------------------ Destiny Requalhi, a girl with a rough past and set in stone future. She wanted to be a normal lioness when she grew up but got so much more. She constantly is looking behind her back ready for a random attack to bestow itself upon her. How will she react when her biggest enemy comes back from death? ------------------------------ MAY BE TRIGGERING TO SOME READERS! Jessica West is a rarity in her world, an alpha female blessed with sight. She has never been able to detect her own mate bond and believes she is mateless. Until she meets Ryder, an alpha heir from the neighboring pack, and her fated mate. The only problem is Ryder has a secret. Can the bond forged in the magic of fate and moon overcome the choices our past self made? excerpt: Anchoring into my skin, I slowly back away from my so-called mate. Distance is necessary. More necessary than breath. In fact I should stop inhaling his f***ing essence that clouds my head and entrances my wolf. "Answer me!" I whisper-scream at Ryder. "Yes." a pregnant pause hangs between us before he speaks again. "I am sorry Jessica. I didn't know. I didn't think it could be like this." His hands move between us, grasping for the invisible bond that ties us through the magic of our existence. His voice is pained. As if it hurts him to speak these words to me. How can he be in pain? How can a wolf choose another, it is beyond comprehension. It goes against our very nature. My mind is reeling. The inside of me is a mass of hurt, anger, frustration and arousal that won't go away. "What did you think? You would just come here, find your mate. Mark and mate her. Me! Mark and mate me, and then what, walk away?" I speak bitterly, spitting my words at him. The look on his face is a sharp slap on mine. A slow realization sinks in, cutting my soul irreparably. Ryder needed to mark and mate his fated mate to transition to full adult male. Without marking and mating ME he would forever stay juvenile in body. He couldn't inherit his alpha title. "Yes." it's a whisper, and yet his voice is so loud in my head, I choke on his spoken word.

Met You On The Street

A pet named Angel is abandoned on the street because her owners dont have enough money to bring her to the 'cutter', and she is left on the dangerous streets alone without her sister Eclipse...or is she alone? * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Angel prowled the dark streets of the alleyway, her white fur singed with dirt and her paws sopping wet. 'Where am I? Why did my owners drop me off here?' She thought with slight confusion, her tail drooping and her blue eyes a bit dim. She saw a slightly sunny alleyway as she continued on, and she let out a breath of relief. Angel scurried into the alleyway, almost tripping over her paws while trying to avoid a puddle. Then she heard a chuckle in the shadows and her head shot up. "Who's there?" Her voice slightly shook, and her eyes dilated back and forth as she bristled frantically looking into the shadows. She nearly jumped out of her fur as a black tomcat stepped out of the shadows, his green eyes sparkling in interest. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
