Your soulmate will make your whole life brighter... literally.
The world is a dull and dark place for people until the moment they meet their soulmate. When that happens, the sun will shine, and the colors become vibrant. The true beauty of the world will envelop you like the actual warmth of the sun.
A child born of a broken soulmate bond will be "cursed." As such, their light may be delayed or require more than a meeting, be it continuous contact or physical contact. Many a "cursed" child never understands the love a soulmate brings because they don't know who that person was that gave them their light.
On rare occasions, a child may be "blessed." These children have never seen the world as dull unless the clouds hide the sun. Their whole life will be vibrant. These children are born with the purest of hearts.
Tin is one such "cursed" child and was confident he would never see the light. Can is "blessed." He has never seen a dull, drab world. What would happen when destiny intertwines their fates?
