Ian has recently lost his job as an EMT due to having a manic episode on site and is back to working at the Fairytail and behind the counter at the KASHnGRAB trying to make ends meet while Mickey tries to make a name for himself as the newest Southside pimp running an underground Rub and Tug.
Along with the struggles of raising a child and making their marriage work Ian and Mickey face challenges which lead them to question wether they can make it.
