Word Count: 129,000 words. Chapter Count: 64 Some ideas in the story are inspired by the author of the 'Throne of Glass' book series, Sarah J. Mass. There are trigger warnings that must be considered before proceeding with reading, including child abuse, kidnapping, torture, trauma, suicide attempts, mention of spirits and death. Please disregard this story if these are sensitive topics for you as they are prevalent topics throughout the entire story. Brief overview: Christopher Aetos, a Duke of Greece living in a moderately sized town in Spain, is the youngest of a set of triplets and one of five siblings. Unfortunately, at the age of five years old, no less than five minutes after happy birthday was sung to him, he was taken from his family, and was gone for a decade. Over the course of ten and a half years, he had been tortured and abused by his captors, whose goal was much more malicious than he could've realised. He lost a friend during that time period and after escaping to return to his family, he began to discover secrets about himself he didn't expect. He meets someone who soon becomes a person he can rely on in hard times, who does everything she can to help and protect him alongside Connor, Myrah, and their older sister Delilah, and becomes one who becomes dear to his heart, the one he falls in love with. He finds out he has power that he himself can't comprehend and goes through experiences no one else had. There is power he gains, and things he loses, discoveries he made, finding more questions than answers along the way. What shocks him the most was the memory of a friend. A friend who could read the fates of people due to a power given to him at birth. But the fate of one person couldn't be read. Christopher's fate. No one and nothing could read it clearly. Not a single person could know what his future were to hold, what his fate was to be. Nothing. Because he was chosen to pay the price.

Picture this. You wake up one day and you remember nothing about your past. You don't remember what you ate for breakfast yesterday. You don't remember what aunt Pam gave you for Christmas last year. Have no clue who you are, were you are, and how the heck you got there. But all you know is that you're alone, in a mansion, with two other people who look just like you. For Jaylah, Jaymes, and Jayden they didn't have to picture it. They're actually living it. These triplets don't know what caused their memory loss, but they do know that whoever they are, that they're different from others. Jayden can see the future; Jaylah can heal people, but what about Jaymes? The journey has just begun. The triplets come to learn about their past and the past before them. Just because they forgot everything doesn't mean that they want to remember it. You know a wise man once told me 'Forget about the past, look past the present, cause it's all about the future.' If only they knew.
