Why in the world was she stalling when her goal was clear? She had to kill him. For her people. But traveling alone was hard enough as it is. And having a ridiculously high bounty is quite a disadvantage.
It had taken her months to perfect her disguise but what now? How was she going to travel further? She could hardly take her old skiff.. It would be a dead giveaway.
