Getting rejected from her mate was too much for Koralee Helsing.
She wanted to be comforted by her father but then suddenly remembered that he was murdered.
The sudden remembrance of his death and her mates words before rejecting her, "You are a disgrace. Not only to another species, but to your father too! Does it look like I want a disgrace as my mate!"
So she ran.
A fire had been burning in her since she was born. After her father died, that fire had grew but then depleted as soon as she met her mate. too bad for her, the rejection caused her fire to emit out of her skin into her surroundings, blasting the trees near her to smithereens.
When she opened her eyes, a forest fire, probably the hottest one in the world was brewing around her, below her, while she was floating in the air. Her feet on the piece of ground she first saw seemed to be floating on the fire. What was even crazier...
