Venus Bob, a private investigator/bounty hunter is after Jupiter Jake in an interstellar game of cat and mouse (or space dog and space monkey).
This was my first story ever published, circa 1982-1983, in the school literary magazine when I was in junior high. Blade Runner was still a recent film and the third installment of Star Wars (Return of the Jedi) was coming out soon. I left it pretty much untouched, complete with its simplicity and mistakes.

I obviously had high hopes for technology to be much more advanced in 40 years time. I was also already showing my environmentalist side, something which has played out in more than a few of my stories and news articles over the years.

Bounty (Leland Chapman Fanfiction - Unedited)
Maggie's father is a wanted man with multiple reports of abuse, rape, assault, and multiple other criminal charges. Despite living with her best friend Danny and his parents, Dog Chapman and his crew request Maggie's help in catching her father. During this hunt, one of the Chapmans gets a little attached after hearing part of her story. This takes place around 2018, with updated technology, tv shows, movies and stores. However, their ages in this story are not accurate to real life. For example, Leland is around 27 in this fanfiction.
