There are two sides of the island. The north side and the south side. On the south side there's Mobius village home to mobian's. But on the north side there's Element village home to humans that were born with elemnt powers. Both villages have no idea that their is another village.

But what happens when a certain female human falls in love with a black hedgehog with red highlights and ruby red eyes that she meets?

"But he's evil he'll never change his ways!" Some say. 

But she believed that EVEN the evil CAN change.

'Common Enemy' [Sonic 3 Inspired Fic] by Real_ShadowHedgehog

Having come from Mobius, a once thought-to-be fictional world in which all of the Classic "Sonic The Hedgehog" characters live, a new super-powered, female Hedgehog arrives on Earth, looking to run away as she was being tracked down by echidna warriors. She soon finds herself hiding amongst the forests of what she later learns is "Green Hills" Montana before being spotted by another Hedgehog. As well as his family consisting of a two-tailed fox, echidna and two humans. Tom and Maddie. They get to know each other a bit, explaining each other's stories before being grouped together by an organization titled "G.U.N." and introduced to a new common enemy amongst the newly formed underdogs group, Shadow The Hedgehog. The group all go through highs and lows to keep this new common enemy at bay before a saddening past is revealed. The new female hedgehog makes it her new mission to keep this new enemy, who is swayed by heartbreak and pain and being used for something far greater beyond just simple revenge, at bay with hardened banter, endless ass-kicking and terrible, downright awful flirting and talk-me-downs before being discovered to hold a great power, one similar to the black and red hedgehog she was tasked to keep busy alongside others. Then, a new, odd, love-hate relationship starts to form between the two hedgehogs. It sparks and flares just as a huge revelation comes to light which requires the strengths of all 'alien' hedgehogs, humans, foxes and echidnas alike. All of the furry, non-furred and spiked friends then team up and take down those who deceived and manipulated. However, the aftermath of a final battle for his world leaves him stranded on Mobius-Prime. Knowing this isn't his home, but it's still in danger, Y/n allies himself with the Mobius-Prime's Freedom Fighters to save their world from the iron grasp of the evil Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik.

Mobius is home to quite interesting creatures, from animals that function like humans that can have super abilities, to hybrids that function like normal animals but still has that human like function. Sonic is one of those hybrids, he doesn't really know anything about his birth parents since he was abandoned on a farm with a nice couple...though he wasn't the only Mobian Hybrid.
