Scout escapes from her fathers cult when she was 17 years old. 5 years later she's written a book sold the rights and made a life for herself far away from the man who tortured her for years.
All of that collapses around her with a simple letter and Scout is thrust back into the world she thought she'd left behind. Deciding to face her demons she enlists the help of Brian a firefighter who had been the one to get her out of her father's clutches five year prior.
Can the two figure out who is sending the letters and stop the events that have been put into motion or will Scout be sucked back in to the world she thought she'd escaped.
