The story took place after the events of Wild Zero, a lone zoid warrior named Rai is preparing for his journey to the world of zoids. His main journey took place during the time after the events of the war between the Empire and Republic and already established a joint task force known as the New Storm, an organization that helps all the nations maintain peace and  harmony. However there are notorious groups plans to use zoids for evil purposes and plotted to restart a new war conflict.
