Luna the Fox has had a hard life. After her step-dad kills her mother in front of her, she is forced to live with him in his evil base for nearly ten years. Only fourteen years old, Luna has to fight and be absolutely perfect, to even survive. One screw up, and it's punishment, sometimes no food, sometimes a beating.
Sometimes, there's no reason at all.
She knows she doesn't belong there, yet she doesn't know if she would be able to leave. Until one day, when she gets the courage to leave her only home.
Along the way she meets friends, who try and help her become happy. But she feels as though her step-dad watches her every move. Luna knows that her step-dad would be after her soon, and she doesn't want to hurt her friends. Even if it means hurting herself in the process.
Luna is going to have to Breakaway from the pain, she'll take risks, she'll have to take a few chances, all to make a change.
(oh! And this is based of by Kelly Clarkson's song "Breakaway". Also, this is a Sonic Fan Fiction. And this is the edited version cause Wattpad mixed up all the chapters in the other one. Hope you guys enjoy!)

Fear is all Luna Gray has known, ever since her parents abandoned her in the dark forest at age eight. Every weather change makes her jump, every noise makes her scream, and every animal that crosses her path makes her kill. All hope is gone, replaced by torment and loss. She doesn't know where home is and she doesn't know how to get back. Not that her parents would want her anyways. Now at age seventeen Luna's grown up and she's made the forest her home, but still every noise heard causes her to tense, to make her believe that she is not alone and really she isn't alone. There are creatures crawling the forest ground. Creatures that Luna can't fight off on her own. Creatures that should not even be humanly possible. Sonic Boom: Travels (Shadora)
Life starts out exciting for a pink hedgehog by the name of Aurora when she sets out on her own for the first time at the age of 20. The only downside to this is an extremely over-protective dad (Sonic) who constantly worries about the most ridiculous things happening to you, and the mom (Amy Rose) always pushes to set you free when it's time. Everything changes for Aurora and a black hedgehog named Shadow when they crash into each other at Shadow Canyons. Aurora is in awe that she is with her longtime fantasy crush, and so is Shadow when he sees that he finally meets her again from his last trip through time. The two hedgehogs train each other for future challenges, until the death of Amy Rose occurs. Devastated, Aurora goes out to search for the Chaos Emeralds to save all the dimensions in existence (later figuring out she has to do more), figure out more about her powers, and to find Shadow's missing ex-girlfriend. They meet a sprite, a loyal wolf, a resistance, a young bat, a twist-hearted meerkat, and twin hedgehogs that share similarities with Shadow and Aurora. Throughout the journey, they all learn the power of teamwork, making Shadow feel unsure since what happened on Space Colony ARK and the last fiasco teaming up with Eggman. Shadow and Aurora get closer throughout the mission, but will they remain strong? Will they work together to accomplish the pink hedgehog's promise to her deceased BFF and mother? Why would Shadow team up with Aurora and their "friends"? Could it be to reach destiny, or true love? Who knows what'll happen next? What would Sonic think of all of this? So many questions.
