Aria, known as Ria, and Kiera have been rivals for years. Ever since seventh grade, when an unspoken-of event occurred, the two girls have been sworn enemies, bitterly posed against each other. Each school year, the hatred seemed to increase, the rivalry strengthened, the fighting worse, dirtier. And now that it was their Senior year, their last year the two of them would be stuck at the same school together, they were not going to hold back. Nothing either of the girls cared about was safe.
The second Ria stepped out of the building the last day of Junior year, she knew she would come back to a year of more sabotage, rumors, and scandals that ever before. So when she found out that her best friend, Finn, would be transferring from his high school to hers, she is horrified, knowing he will get caught in the middle of everything. As Finn attempts to find the cause of the rivalry, in hopes of being able to stop the drama, Ria tries as hard as she can to keep Finn away from the rivalry. But will she be able to keep Finn safe, while still being able to counteract Keira’s attacks? Or will she have to choose between her best friend and winning against her rival once and for all? Though Senior year may be the end, the final battle has just begun.

Everything would change in the matter of one day when Olivia accidentally gets them both locked in the principals office in search of the same thing: The truth. But while staying together in a cramped room with no phones and surviving off nothing but the secret stash of their principal, while the entire schools is off on spring break, secrets will be told and feeling will unravel. And let's not forget, hate letters will be sent. This book may seem light and fun but it has some mature scenes and dark thoughts that I'd suggest for viewers 16+

Meredith and Finn were once friends. Things were fine until middle school, when over the space of a summer Finn got “hot” and all the popularity that came with it, leaving Meredith to slowly drift away. Now, in their senior year of high school, their history as childhood friends couldn’t feel any more distant. While Meredith wants to get through high school asquickly as possible so she can move onto college, Finn is breezing through the social side. With his spot on the swim team, buckets of natural charisma and a well-earned position in the popular crowd, he’s been set for the entire four years. Meredith is convinced she has his crowd figured out; she knows they’re all stuck-up airheads and is happy to avoid them all. Especially Finn. When an incident in biology class leads to Finn getting them both into detention, Meredith sees it as just another reason to hate him. However, as the pair spend more time together, she comes to realize that maybe her preconceived beliefs about his crowd aren’t as accurate as first thought. There is a lot more to Finn than meets the eye. Ever since his dad walked out on his mom five years ago, his mom has worked unsociable hours in a dead-end job as a waitress just to support the family. Finn has spent his entire high school life trying to scrape decent grades and earn a swim scholarship to college, while balancing helping his mom out with his younger siblings. He doesn’t have it as easy as Meredith assumed. As the pair get closer again, Finn is able to wear down Meredith’s cynicism and possibly weave his way into her heart as well.

Growing up in a toxic environment, sixteen-year-old Jay Foster has always had psychological problems, coupled with a quick temper. But one night something happens which finally pushes him over the edge, and as a result, he leaves his house the next morning with two things: his mother's gun and a plan. Living with a neglectful and drug addicted mother wasn't easy for Jay, and it definitely didn't help that his father abandoned the family while he was still a child. He harbored a hatred toward his parents, and that hatred extended to almost everyone and everything around him, producing a very troubled and damaged young kid. As Jay enters high school, he becomes very intrigued with one of his classmates. Kind of obsessed, actually. Her name: Mikayla Keeler. Mikayla is very unique, and like Jay, she doesn't seem to fit in with her contemporaries. Instead, the two of them keep each other company, and their friendship very quickly escalates into a romantic and intimate relationship. Despite having Mikayla, Jay's troubles continue to burden him. He and Mikayla are fighting habitually, his home life is still unbearable, and his time at school is hardly any better, made worse by a bully named Calvin. Their mutual dislike of one another leads to a lot of hostility, routinely leading to Jay being sent to his school's principal. One confrontation in particular goes much too far, resulting in Jay's expulsion from school. With everything seemingly piling up, Jay is very close to his breaking point, and late one night he is blindsided by the unthinkable, pushing him much too far and effectively planting in his mind a cruel and horrific plan for revenge.
