Why do I keep doing this to myself?
I repeated this phrase to myself as quietly as possible so as not to wake my wife. It would be better, of course, to simply think the question rather than say it, but I was well beyond having the capacity to do so.

I most love writing and have dropped a few story's I thought where good ideas. So I decided to toss out these Idea and get some feed back about them. I began this story in the summer of 2013; I don't remember what my inspiration for this story was, but I can remember shopping around ideas with friends of mine and then I thought of this, and they all thought it was a dark, and very sad idea. So, years later, I've decided to release it in its unabridged, unedited, copied straight from the file entirety, as one big thing. This is also the only instance where I wrote about a hetero couple.
