THE AFTER

Reha knew she had messed up.
Her impulse had yet again made her into a target of an officer. An officer with a devil's reputation when it came to discipline.
She never had trouble with decorum , but her circumstance was dire, it was a chance. In hindsight she could appreciate her stupidity.
Captain Nirvan knew there were other medics, reliable, experienced and without political baggage.
But a proper combat trained medic, with 3 yr trainee period was unheard of.
He would be a fool not to take advantage of the situation.
And Nirvan was no fool, not by a long shot.
