Naruto Uzumaki, a child who has been neglected by his own parents for his younger twin brother, Menma, who holds the Kyuubi. He wasn't taught, cared for, or even acknowledged, all because of a prophecy that supposedly didn't include him. What they don't know is that after Minato used the reaper death seal to seal the Kyuubi into Menma, the shinigami decided to give naruto a power only it can give.
