Only those who were able to become a possible dragon rider were able to become a Phoenix tamer. While the people who become dragon riders can feel their bond with their chosen dragon, Phoenix tamers have to go through a series of tests and then wait until a phoniex chooses them. There is only one Phoenix tamer in the world, and that is the empress of China. She'll change the view of many well known and respected people. When evil appears, will she be willing to pay a huge price for the peace of humanity. . .
