Quinn's life isn't the least exciting. To her, at least. She's a high school student and part-time consultant. Nothing important here. Only that her consultations revolve around a website she runs that: a) gives great advice — No refunds if things go wrong after following said advice. b) is your personal shopping assistant — Please note that details of every item should be stated clearly. Goods sold are non-returnable. c) can also be a private investigator — Requests regarding, ahem, certain family matters (e.g. My sister is different and seems sad, I can't bear to see her like this, boo hoo what should I do?) shall not be entertained. This is consultation, not a therapy. Her website is special in a way too. It's name sounds like a website for hookers, attracting all kinds of people. More than often for the very wrong reasons. One day, Quinn receives a request to dig up information about a boy in her school. Seems easy, right? Not a chance. As Quinn tries to work her way up to gain his trust, she soon realizes something — maybe her life isn't as boring as she thought.
