Five years have passed since the invasion of Garreg Mach Monastery, led by Edelgard Von Hresvelg and her professor, Byleth Eisner. The professor had sided with Edelgard on that fateful day, however... after learning of what she has done, and with plenty of thought, he decided he could no longer fight with his student.
As a result, he left in the middle of the night, taking any item he seems valuable, that the empire had taken or he had received in his time as a professor.. The lance of Ruin and Luin for a start, as they will be valuable for where he is headed. Alongside the spear of Assal for Seteth, and Caduceus Staff for Flayn. He couldn't let the empires Crest bearers wield such weapons against them.
The professor made his way through the alliance and kingdom stealthily until he reached Fhirdiad, where he laid down all of his weapons at the front gate, and allowed himself to be captured by the guard. Forced into a cell, in the dungeon in the lowest floor of the castle of Fhirdiad, our story begin...
