vigilantes are considered criminals by law.the vigilante known as harpy is well known to all but the public, they are the most unique, and the most hero like out of all of the known vigilantes. whoever said there was no honor among thieves? well it not like she was a thief. she never took a life and was actually very sweet girl. not that anyone knew who she actually was when night arrived. all they saw was an innocent, law abiding citizen with a weak quirk that answered to the name Hajime Anzu.
