Agent 82, Maximus Swan, is given his first major case in protecting the Waltzkeer money factory from the grasping claws of the sinister agency KAOS, which is bent on world domination.  Agent Swan, a former intelligence agent turned field agent for the secret government agency CONTROL, is charged with the task of protecting Vladimir Waltzkeer and the Waltzkeer currency factory during it's bicentennial celebration.  While inspecting the building he in unknowingly bumps into the KAOS field agent charged with task of killing Mr. Waltzkeer and taking over the currency factory.
