Writing is one way I use to heal, to put my thoughts on paper and out of my mind. This book is filled with my words that have gone unspoken, and I hope that through them maybe someone will find some peace in knowing you're never alone in what your feeling. When life feels too heavy just know that the weight you're carrying is always worth it. You are a survivor and you will win!
