Calliope "Callie" Andino never had it easy. Between proving herself to her family and her counterparts, she thinks about every step with caution before anything is done. She has no time to mess up, especially when everyone is betting against her. As one of the only black women in the agency, not to mention the youngest, she has a lot to learn and even more to prove. But, being cautious has never stumped her in situations. She is by no means a shy girl.
Alessandro "Alex" Diakos is the total opposite. Privileged. Arrogant. Higher up in the agency despite being a few years older than Callie. Alex has never had to work hard for anything in his life as things always go his way. Whether it be social or work situations, he always seems to be on the better side of the bargains. To him, life is great, until he meets the cautious spitfire.
When these two are put as partners for an undisclosed amount of time, will sparks fly or will one of their joint cases and clashing personalities get them killed?
