The Guardian of Light (A Ninjago Fanfic) by Wise_Cloud

A long time ago when the First Spinjitsu Master was present. A companion of his was there to protect him when he needed it the most and helped provide light to Ninjago, the place that the master created before disappearing. The guardian then decided that it was time to rest after serving its master. So, the guardian proceeded to a temple to rest and said these words, "The person who shall have my powers will be the guardian of the green ninja and its protectors. May the light guide you through your journey." At that, the Guardian of Light finally rested with his master leaving Ninjago to advance on its own and to hope that future heroes will protect what the two left for the next generation.

A new prophecy had awoken. And the ninja will have to find a new member for their team. That girl has always looked up to the ninja. But the catch is she's never had a home and that means she's meant most of her life stealing. She doesn't remember much from her childhood. The ninja get some over elemental masters to help them find her. And one of them may know more about her than she's letting on. And foes may turn out to be friends. Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu by Insanely_Dead

After his sister is kidnaped, Kai sets out on a mission to get her back. However in order to do so, he must first train and become a Spinjitzu Master, Kai with the help of his new found Sensei and team mates must collect the four Weapons of Spinjitzu in order to rescue his sister from the clutches of Lord Garmadon. I'm rewriting Ninjago, it's going to be relatively the same to the show but with a more mature theme to it. Some dialog and scenarios will be my own, a UA (Universe Alterations.)
