Dragons went into hiding when the dragon hunt started they hide deep under the earths crust or deep under sea. Azar hunt's and cages magical creatures. He lets anyone see and touch them for a cost. Storm is and Ice dragon that hides with hundreds of other dragons. When his little brother snow get's out and doesn't come back he askes his parents to look for his little brother but they refused so Storm went out but found out quickly that the human world is not a place for a young dragon.
