       Somewhere along the line, Lydia Yue messed up. Despite her efforts to remain unnoticed, a silent soul reading poisonous plant almanacs in the Seattle Public Library, she was caught shoplifting and sentenced to finish high school at The Wilderness School in Middle-of-Freaking-Nowhere, Nevada. Even worse, she's can't shake these weirdo freaks she's been grouped with by a PE coach that is insisting she's something called a demigod. Whatever the hell that is. The only thing that matters to Lydia anymore is making it to age eighteen. It used to be sixteen, but then her father died and she was guaranteed at least another year of life. Who knew that staying alive would be harder than she thought? Especially with these new thorns in her side.

They must go to the newly discovered Roman camp, pick up three other demigods, begin the quest to Rome, lose some team members in Tartaurs, close the Doors of Death, and inevitably wake Gaea. Percy finds out about Nico's crush earlier than planned. And it's on neither of their terms. Until Percy gives him some good advice. Advice Nico takes to heart. But a demigod's life is never easy, and with a new prophecy and a new quest even darker forces are looming over the horizon, threatening to destroy the sunshine that Nico and another half-blood we all thought was gone have finally found. Placed during very beginning of Blood of Olympus/ between House of Hades and Blood of Olympus at the beginning. Then it switches to the end of Blood of Olympus. This is a solangelo story line. If you have not read Blood of Olympus, or do not ship solangelo, then I kindly ask you to reconsider your life choices. And then go do those things.
