This is a narrative essay I wrote for AP English 11 and my teachers comment was that it sounded like part of a whole story and to keep it going. I personally didn't like it but you guys tell me what you think and maybe I'll expand and continue it.
It's about a girl and her best friend marrying these men and them tragedy strikes and they have to make a tough decision.

Starting Over
This was never meant to be my life. My life had been decided when I was 14. But 20 years later, it was completely undecided by circumstances I had less than no control over. So at 34, I started over, hesitantly. *Note 1: Both the narrator and "He" remain unnamed. "He" is based on an actual actor (some major fantasy-fulfillment happening here), but I wanted to leave the character open to reader interpretation rather than limit the scope of the story or the reader appeal. *Note 2: For now, this is going to be more an anthology of connected one-shots that exist within the same universe; they may or may not follow chronological order. Promises That We will Keep
Two people came together and became one. They started their life with some Promises, which make their life a beautiful journey. They are two different persons but they know that they are incomplete without each other. Their completeness belongs to each other. They are going to share a beautiful life with the help of their Promises, which they made. He opens the car's door for me, then he clasps my seat belt, when I'm sitting inside the car, that time I see girls are ogling at his back view, god nowadays girls are totally shameless as well as hopeless. I glare at them but they are not paying attention to me so they don't see my glare, which raised my anger more. Hi guys this is my first story so obviosly it'll be not good as other j9 story. Maybe the worst but still i was determine to write it .So pleas do read it.And give the poor writer a chance to improve her writting skills. Forward. Being in arrange marriege is hard and even arder when your partner is a tottaly stranger. But the certain young boy does not care about it at all he prolly goes the flow so that his mome would let him attend the class that he realy want to attend But thats not the point.
