//Book 2 in the Mama Hale Series//

Lyrica Hale's story continues, 4 weeks after the events that ended so many lives and almost ended more. New friends are made, and aside from the obvious fact that Derek's still not home, all seems to be well. Until the newest threat comes along and ruins the temporary peace.

Guys, I'm gonna be honest with you. This story is quite different from Mama Hale. In several ways. It's written better and all and follows the series much closer than Mama Hale did, but it's also a lot darker. Things will be much gloomier and much more depressing. There will be quite a bit of anger and grief and all the emotions that come with that. That's not saying there won't still be plenty of sarcasm and joy and giggles, but still read with caution for those of you easily affected by that kinda stuff.

COMPLETED - (book 2) Updated version now available on Amazon Kindle and Kindle Unlimited with an extra bonus chapter at the end! "I stood there for a second, stunned at the fact that a pack wolf had gotten in between two fighting rogues, but when I took in my first deep breath after the adrenaline had wore off I realised why. He was my mate. Crap. I stared at him for a second, taking in the huge grey wolf that was my mate before I turned tail and ran as fast as my injured leg would let me. It had already starting to heal but not enough for me to put all my weight on it. I quickly turned around to to make sure the guy hadn't caught up with me but frowned slightly when I saw that he hadn't even moved an inch from where I left him. That was weird, I thought pack wolves were all about finding their mates" ---- Blaine has lived a hard life, after all being born a rouge isn't easy, but she's getting by. After a chance encounter with the Crescent moon packs Beta (Xavier) her not so simple life is going to get even more crazy. Xavier has never liked rouges, ever since his family was killed in a rouge attack a few years ago. But what happens when your mate, the one you've been waiting your whole life for, turns out to be the one thing you hate? Secrets will be revealed and friendships will be tested in the second book of this series. --- You don't have to read The Alpha and his mate first to understand this book but it does help. #1 trust 17/07/2020 #1 teen-love 06/04/2020 #1 hurt-comfort 17/10/2019 #1 Beta 20/10/2019 #1 Series 10/02/2020 #1 booktwo 26/12/2019 #2 wolf 19/10/2019 #2 Rogue 30/10/2019 #2 Romance 03/05/2020

"I can't believe you're actually making me go to school?" Angie practically scoffed, sitting on the passenger seat of Derek's car with her arms crossed over her chest. "Angie... You need to go to school." Derek argued for what felt like the hundredth time. "Looking for Erica and Boyd with me or not, you're still a teenager." "But it's not just Boyd and Erica anymore now, though, right?" She asked. "I mean... Isaac has been MIA since last night too." "Yeah, he has." Derek nodded, albeit a bit begrudgingly, not really wanting to admit that all of his pack was now in danger. "But I'll keep looking for him while you're in school." "How am I supposed to even pay attention to school when pretty much everyone I care about is missing?" Angie demanded, as Derek shrugged. "Try it." He said. "You promised your uncle you wouldn't be skipping school even if Erica and Boyd were still missing, right?" "Well, yes, but when I did that, I thought we'd have found the two of them already." "We didn't, though." Set in season 3 Some of the dialogue and the characters aren't mine, only Angie's story line. All of the rights go to their rightful owners.
