"Jordan, listen to me this is not the way you wanna go." Her mother said blocking the doorway. "Just let me leave mom!, You don't accept me here anyways. Your supposed to love me for me!"
Jordan exclaimed at the top of her voice.
"You better watch that tone!" She said looking at her with a mean glare in her eye. "I'm leaving, I'm going where I'm accepted. It's bad enough the world looks down on people like me. But it hurts even more coming from family who won't accept that I'm gay!" Jordan said shedding a few tears. "I'm sorry I disappointed you." She fell into despair as she walked to the back door and walked out onto the streets of Miami Florida.
