Aye y'all I'm back.

I'd rather people not read this, but it's bound to happen cause I'm posting this on social media. It's not like it's that many people anyway. I know my girlfriend reads these. Sometimes a couple of friends do. So that's cool. Hi guys. Thanks for dealing with me. You can stop reading these if you don't want to read them. These sort of things tend to help me out is all. Venting and just ranting to yourself is good. And there's something about posting and putting my feelings out to the world that gives me more confidence and optimism than writing it down in only my private journal.

So here we are.

I may talk about uGhHhhh topics, I might just be annoying venting about life, but it's therapeutic for me and 100% decreases my chances of getting a panic attack, so don't come for me lmao

Enough about me, how's everyone doing? Make sure to vibe check yourself today-right now might even be a good time! Take a few deep breathes, sip a few sips of water, maybe give yourself a chance to lay down and listen to some music, and be good to yourself ❤️
