Another Cryptic Book

Enclosed in a secret base on an island are random files...
Letters, descriptions, records, emails...
And not one of them, no, not a single one,
Makes any sense whatsoever.
But here they are...
And even though the entire base was cleared out...
The files keep appearing.
No one knows how they get there.
Anyone who gets too close to learning the truth
Is found dead within 24 hours of their discovery,
All evidence destroyed.
