All Celeste Aburn ever wanted was a warm and happy family. But she didn't get that. She was constantly on the run from THEM. At the age of 11, while she was on the run, she met a boy, named Mathew Peters. Or Matty as she liked to call him. While she was hiding away in an old shack, he would always come to give her food, and most importantly, give her a shoulder to cry on. They slowly developed feelings, feelings that were stronger than best friends should have. But she left one day with a promise he would wait for her.
