Utahime Kowareta.

An ordinary girl with an ordinary life.

She had money to flash and looks to show, but her pretty face and rich-girl qualities heralded a much sadder past.

Hime's father was dying. Her mother was drinking. But worst of all, Utahime herself was caged.

Utahime was just like her name, a songbird - and nothing else. She sang to please her father, she sang to avoid her mother, and she sang to achieve academic excellence.

Isn't it a pity then...
