Alanna always felt like she was out of place, she grew up with her mom in Ouray, Colorado. To her it never felt like home. A small town on the outskirts, all there was to do was to be bored, and get fast food, maybe eat at the local walmart parking lot for scenery... that was it. It wasn't where she was supposed to be- at least that's what she thought. She had family back in North Carolina, who she's been wanting to see since she was forced by her mom to leave. Alanna is about to find herself becoming an adult, legally. graduation & 18 is on its way for her. Little does her manipulative mother and evil stepfather know- that day would be the very last time they lay their eyes on her.
