This is the story of Izuku Midoriya otherwise known as Dekiru! Izuku meets All Might three years earlier than UA and this leads to him gaining OFA sooner. This allows him to gain a better body suited to controlling OFA and access to full cowling since Izuku is smarter here than canon. However, not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Inko Midoriya died due to undiagnosed cancer during the first year of training. All Might adopted Izuku since it would be the Bakugo's that would take him in. If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone.
