Hawks is the number two hero. After All Might retired he got a whole new wave of work. He lost all the time he used for himself previously and it was starting to affect his work ethic. He wished to be able to take a break, but with this chaotic Japan was he couldn't afford to.
Dabi was one of the most wanted criminals. His association with the LOV and his very unique appearance forced him to shield himself. But being cramped up in the old bar wasn't doing any good for the villain. He only wished he afford to go out for even something as simple as a walk, but with his status, he couldn't.
Could those two become unlikely friends or would their work drive them apart forever?

After a bit of working for L.O.V., he finds something. I nodded and tucked one strand of his hair behind his ear. I didn't even think about what I was doing. I wasn't scared to embarrass myself anymore. I wasn't even thinking about anything anymore. Nothing surrounding us mattered. My brother could come running towards us standing in flames and I'd still need to be slapped some sense into before I would react. Hawk's smile grew a bit, but stayed soft. "If I become a pro hero, you'll be one too. Let's... be heroes together. Like a duo or something... Like partners. You have crimson hair and I have crimson wings. It would fit so well." I smiled brighter at him. Hawks had been hospitalized for a long time after the fight and his wings had still not properly regrown. At first he thought Dabi had burned them beyond repair but his feathers were slowly coming back, taking their sweet time. It ended as beautifully as it began... holding a single red feather in his grasp, the wind gently blowing through it. His burning blue eyes staring so intensely it could have burnt a hole through it. Slowly he moved his line of focus from the feather to the grey sky hanging above. Feeling each raindrop dance on his skin he closed his eyes and gently loosened his grip on the feather as it fell from between his fingers and palm.
